  • What are the steps for placing an order for my I/O MAG Imprint 3D goggle?

    1. Navigate to the I/O MAG Imprint 3D Product Page
    2. Choose your strap color
    3. Select your Bright Light ChromaPop™ lens
    4. Select your bonus Low Light ChromaPop™ lens
    5. Confirm your selections
    6. Verify you have access to an Apple device that supports Face ID
    7. Add to Cart
    8. Finish shopping and Check Out

  • What happens after I place my order for a pair of I/O MAG Imprint 3D goggle?

    1. You will receive two emails after purchase: One with your order confirmation details and another with your App Code and Instructions to complete your face scan.
    2. Follow the instructions to download the Smith App and complete your face scan as soon as possible. Your order will be canceled within 21 days if we do not receive a completed face scan.
    3. After completing your scan, an email will be sent confirming it has been received. If there are any issues with your scan, we will reach out to you.
    4. We are committed to printing, building, and shipping your order within 14 business days from receiving your face scan.
    5. When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

  • How long will it take to deliver my I/O MAG Imprint 3D goggles?

    Once we receive your face scan, printing, assembly and shipping turnaround time is approximately 14 business days.

  • How do I check the status of my I/O MAG Imprint 3D goggles?

    Unfortunately, at this time, you are unable to check the status of your goggle in the printing and assembly process. Please reach out if more than 14 business days have passed since you received your Scan Confirmation email here.

    You will be charged after we receive your face scan and begin the 3D printing process.

  • Can I cancel my I/O MAG Imprint 3D goggle order?

    Your order can be canceled at any time before completing your face scan. Once you complete your face, we are unable to cancel your order.

  • What is the return policy for the I/O MAG Imprint 3D goggle?

    Due to the custom nature of this product, I/O MAG Imprint 3D goggles are not eligible for returns. We do want to ensure your fit, so please reach out to our customer service team to review your fit experience.

  • Can I purchase the I/O MAG Imprint 3D goggle as a gift?

    Once the purchase is made, you have 21 days to redeem your code and complete a face scan. So, if you plan to gift a pair, be sure the scan is done soon after they receive it. Unfortunately, gift cards are not available at this time on SmithOptics.com.

  • Can I purchase other products with my I/O MAG Imprint 3D goggles?

    Yes, you can add additional items to your cart and checkout. Any additional items you ordered will ship after you complete your face scan.

  • Can I purchase multiple I/O MAG Imprint 3D goggles in one order?

    Yes, you will receive two App Code & Instruction emails. Make sure to complete both your face scans within 21 days or your order will be cancelled.

  • My I/O MAG Imprint 3D goggle was canceled, what do I do?

    Once the purchase is made, you have 21 days to redeem your code and complete a face scan. If your order was canceled, we did not receive your face scan. Your code did expire and your order has been refunded. We are unable to resubmit your order so a new order must be placed.
