    Our Distribution Center works hard to process and ship orders in 1-2 business days for in-stock merchandise. Orders are packed and shipped within 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.  Transit time is measured in business days which are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

    Smith prescription eyewear orders will ship separately within 10 -14 business days.

     

    I/O MAG Imprint 3D

    You will receive an email with instructions after purchase to complete your order. Once we receive your face scan, printing, assembly and shipping turnaround time is approximately 14 business days. 

     

    We are happy to offer free standard shipping in the continental US for full price orders of $50 or more. We are unable to provide free shipping to Pro Program member orders at this time. Please refer to the cart for the exact shipping costs per shipping method.

  • When will my Smith Prescription order ship?

    Once you've placed your prescription order, it can take up to 30 days to receive. Upon completion and quality inspection, we ship via 2-Day Express in order to deliver as quickly as possible. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order leaves our lab.

    Keep track of your shipment through the “Track My Order” link in your shipping confirmation email or by logging into your Account.

  • Delivery Issues

    Order tracking says my order was delivered, but it's not here. What do I do?

     

    • Please confirm your package was not left in an inconspicuous spot or with a household member.

     

    • Sometimes tracking will show as delivered by the carrier up to 48 hours before they’re actually delivered. Chances are, it’ll arrive in the next day or two. If you have questions about this, we recommend reaching out to the carrier directly as they’ll have the most up-to-date information.

     

    • The specific carrier, status, and tracking info for your package can be found on your My Account page. The carrier’s tracking page may also contain more information about where specifically they left the package.

     

    If the package is missing for more than 72 hours after the status was updated to “delivered,” and you can’t find it around your home, please initiate a claim here.
