Thanks for choosing Smith. As soon as your order is placed, our lab gets to work to and starts making your glasses. As a result, there isn't a delay that allows us time to change orders once they’re submitted.
If there's an error in your order and you need to cancel it, head over to the Contact Us page and use the Ecom Order Changes option in the dropdown menu on the Submit a Request form. Be sure to include your order number (found in your order confirmation email), and use the Description box to let us know the details of your request.
If we are unable to catch your cancellation request before your order ships, eligible orders can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date provided they are unused and in the original packaging. Please review our Returns policy for more information and to initiate a return.
