Warranty activation: To start a warranty claim, which can only be done on our site, head over to the Smith Warranty Claim Form. The warranty process normally takes 1-2 weeks. To help make the warranty process go smoothly, you'll need the following:
- Product name and model;
- A valid proof of purchase;
- The product SKU or UPC number. These identify the specific model, colorway, and size. They can be found on the original packaging or on the product page at www.smithoptics.com
- Photos that clearly show the problem with your product. Check our Warranty Claim Photos for examples.
If your warranty claim is approved, you will be provided a warranty voucher good for use on one comparable product from the same category. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping and taxes of the replacement order.
Purchases made with a warranty voucher are not eligible for return or exchange. Please consider your purchase carefully. Our team of product experts will happily provide answers to help guide your decision.
