Should you need to return a product, we accept returns for full-price online orders from smithoptics.com within 30 days of the purchase date. The product must be unused and in the original packaging.
Prescription (Rx) products do not qualify for return or exchange. If you have a question or concern about the quality or accuracy of your prescription order, please reach out to our RX Department.
Pro Program orders are not eligible for returns.
How to Make a Return
To make a return, you will need your order number, email address, and billing zip code to start the online return process. We charge a $5.00 fee for the printable return shipping label. The cost of the return label will be subtracted from your refund.
At this time we do not offer return labels through our Canadian shipping partners. The cost of the return will be fronted by you. You are free to choose any courier service through which to ship your return.
You can expect a purchase refund, minus the $5 return label fee, to your credit card within three to five business days after we receive your return. Refunds may take up to 30 days to be visible on your credit card statement.
