Full price online orders are eligible to be returned within 30 days of your purchase date provided they are in new, unused condition, and the products have the original packaging. We are unable to offer returns to Pro Program member orders at this time.
Customized orders like prescription (Rx) products do not qualify for return or exchange. If there is a question or concern about the quality or accuracy of your prescription order, please contact customer service.
You will need your order number, email address and billing zip code to start the online return process. We will provide information on where to ship your return. The cost of the return will be fronted by you. You are free to choose any courier service through which to ship your return.
You can expect a full refund, to your credit card 3 to 5 business days after receiving your return. It may take up to 30 days to be visible on your credit card statement.
